Endure, Persist, Accept
Endure, Persist, Accept
Sādhanā, a term from the yogic tradition, refers to any kind of spiritual exercise that helps people attain detachment from worldly things. Everything can be Sādhanā, including the way you breathe, walk and eat. It requires constant effort in everyday life.
Endure: Women naturally have higher pain tolerance than men. Of course, men have femininity inside them too.
Persist: Water often has a soft image attached to it, but even a drop of water can make a hole on the rock in hundreds of years with persistence.
Accept: No matter what happens, the stream moves forward, brushes away any dust on the surface, and carries on the flowing.
